Moving Through Our Challenges

Let’s remember our power—we get to feel better no matter what our challenge. Ooh yes, we get to practice this one. Consider that accepting suffering and lack as temporary helps end suffering and lack. As a Spiritual Being having a human experience, our daily opportunity for inner peace and blessings is to embrace—accept—whatever experience we encounter. Embracing it doesn’t mean we want a setback to continue. It means we understand that accepting it without judging it as good or bad creates an energy field of “no resistance.” In that space of no resistance we are naturally vibrating and remembering more of who we really are—Pure Spirit—already whole, already love, already peace and already abundant. We attract what we vibrate, allowing the Divine to orchestrate whatever money, people or experiences are for our highest good.

The same holds true with our feelings. Since our goal is to create a space of no resistance, embrace anger or worry without judging them as good or bad. Again, our power is in first embracing the feeling and accepting it. Feel it. Honor it. In that space of no resistance the Divine can dissolve the root of those feelings and align better experiences for us. To create better feeling experiences we first get to accept whatever is showing up. All of your Power is within. Now, go have fun Thr!ving!

Honoring Your Body Temple

The best way to keep an engine running smoothly is to make sure you give it pure fuel, change the filters and do tune ups on schedule. Our bodies and our minds work the same way. Our minds need pure and positive input, our bodies need pure food, and we must develop filters that trap and discard the impure stuff that we are exposed to.

There are ways to help your engine—your life– run smoothly. Try changing the perspective of any ‘problem’ or challenge; look for a positive in that experience, find the lesson in it. Finding something, anywhere in your life, to be grateful for shifts you energetically, allowing in the opportunity for more blessings to help you through your challenge. Honor that each experience gives you an opportunity to grow your Soul journey.

Choose Health

Your body has a natural ability for self-regulating and self-healing. Wow! You are so cool! You deserve to always function in a state of wellness. When giving it a healthy environment–nutrition and emotional balance, your body, organs, and bones will work more efficiently. You do not have to grow weaker as you age, what many people accept as normal. Caring for your body temple optimizes health by allowing it to function as it is designed.

If disease does occur, holistic healing restores health and wellness by addressing the root cause and re-patterning the blocked energy field. This supports the body’s natural ability for self healing.

This approach looks at disease and illness relative to nutrient deficiencies, toxicity, life styles, attitudes and beliefs. You are mind, body, and spirit. Healing from the full perspective of who you are expands your options greatly, healing your body in non-invasive, health-enhancing avenues.

Consider that surgery and prescription drugs suppress symptoms and do not address what caused your problem in the first place. If it feels right, communicate to your doctor the desire to get off you medicine and/or avoid surgery and understand what is needed to achieve that. A holistic practitioner can support you reaching your goals.

The underlying inspiration is that health is a choice and that almost all disease is preventable. You ARE worth investing in!

How Do You Define Success?

Success– how do you define success? By the size of your paycheck, a large house, expensive car, or lots of toys? Do you define it by the quality of your relationships, the fact that you love your job, are passionately in service and are healthy?

This is one of those questions that will garner different answers from different people. And even different answers as you evolve on your spiritual journey. Keep in mind energetically we live in an abundant universe. We can have it all, though, best not at the expense of your soul growth and inner harmony. Experiences allow you to learn and get clarity on what does and doesn’t feel good. Continually reevaluate if the payoffs are worth the sacrifices and stresses. Honor the spiritual evolving while you point yourself toward harmony in all areas of your life.

When you leave this Earth plane, the only thing that will matter is how much you grew your soul. Affirm daily that you are harmony, joy and prosperity in all areas of your life and let the creative universe guide you that way.

Want More Financial Security?

Finances- Want more security? First accept where you are.
Acceptance doesn’t mean you want to stay there. Accepting what is as temporary does open you up energetically to allow in the blessings, situations, and opportunities that will align you to greater prosperity.

Our journey is the practice of going with the flow, making mistakes, learning from them and moving on with more empowerment and less fear. You will continue to create similar scenarios (ugh!) until you get the lesson or release the fear that that experience offers you.

Worry and fear is feedback that you are blocking the flow of divine grace working the situation out with you. Being thankful often for what you do or expect to have helps you move through your challenges and not be so derailed by them. The universe doesn’t know what is real or imagined. It draws to you what you focus on. Please remember to be gentle with yourself as you play in this game of life.

Making the Best of Challenging Times

Life challenges give us many opportunities to practice Calling Back Our Power. As we navigate these, staying in gratitude and connected to our Higher Power will keep us aligned to our blessings and help to see us through any distress.
• Honor the journey. Be an observer to any chaos and not get wrapped up in it.
o Take deep breaths. This life force is a powerful shifter.
o Affirm this is temporary, acceptance of the challenge can breath in new transformative energy to your experiences.
o Resistance of any kind blocks blessings- Recognize the resistance of fear, anger, resentment etc. and intend to let it go.
o If you feel guided, sit with the feelings, accept them and allow the Light to transmute them.
o Focus on the end result while making the best of the challenge.
o Expect the shifts you desire- Don’t let yours or others past results determine your present experiences. Create anew.
o As you stay aligned to these teachings miracles can happen.
o Trust that any challenge has some gift in it even if it’s a lesson.
o Stay in gratitude as much as possible throughout your day.

Tips to Loving Yourself Healthy

Grow younger! How cool! Let’s affirm, “Thank you body for being and feeling healthy and for growing younger every day.” Excuses be-gone! A little bit of time can make a big impact. You deserve it!

Okay, are you ready for some small, consistent steps to show yourself some love? Besides holistic nutrition, we all know that proper exercise and rest are critical to health and vitality. Here’s a few tips to help you feel your best:
• Have a focus or goal to think about before saying you don’t have time or the energy to exercise or before having that second helping of food, the unhealthy snack or dessert. Remember your goal, for example, to lower your blood pressure, have more energy, sleep better or look great for the event you’ll be attending.
• Start small to get a habit in place. Do yoga stretches for 5-10 minutes every morning. This is great for balance, core strength, and flexibility. Also walk fast for 10 minutes 6 days a week. This helps you develop healthy habits that will last.
• As you get comfortable with that then increase incrementally until you are walking fast 3-7x/week for at least 30 minutes. I use my walks as my ‘God-time’ or you can catch up with your partner or friend.
• No time? No energy? No equipment? Dr. Oz says this is what you’ve been waiting for! Trainer Joel Harper designed this routine to create long, lean muscles, with the goal of giving you a strong, well-balanced, and flexible body. Do it three times a week, moving from one exercise right to the next to keep your heart rate up. Seeing Our Challenges as Soul Growth Opportunities

I believe on a soul level we come into life with a game plan, a blueprint so to speak, of the potential earthly experiences that we need to heal our deepest psychic wounds and expand our consciousness. And, while the greater aspect of who we are remains a mystery, I believe the veils between our human selves and our spiritual selves are lifting as more and more people are drawn to their spiritual paths.

I like the analogy of seeing this lifetime as a play upon a stage, the leading roles to be played by actors we call family, friends, and co-workers. They hurt us and push our buttons. At first we want to blame them. But when we accuse another, pointing at them in anger, we see the fingers pointing back at us. Have you ever noticed this? In time we will learn that to heal our discordant feelings we need to look within and use the opportunities these experiences offer.

We are So Much More Than We’ve Been Taught

Almost all of what traditional science and medicine teaches us about the relationship of our bodies to our world is based on Isaac Newton’s theories, work done in the seventeenth century. His worldview concerned matter and gravity; it did not recognize the power of the mind. For centuries, our understanding of the world has been limited to glimpses of the material.

A newer science, quantum physics, came along and gave us a way to take mind power into account. Developed eighty years ago to help us comprehend sub-atomic particles, it acknowledges the interconnection of thoughts with matter.

My recovery defies the Western medical view—where Newtonian physics cannot explain how a woman, me, could break her neck in two, stop breathing, lose her ability to move, and save herself through accessing the power of her mind and Oneness with God—a field of consciousness—quantum physics does allow for my remarkable results.

Limiting yourself or healing in any way is limiting the creative power of the universe. Ooh, don’t do that!

Through a daily intention of connection with your Higher Power you can improve your ability to blend your third-dimensional life with your spiritual self and to allow in more joy, health, and prosperity.

Energetically, we are always connected to Source. Our earthly journey offers us a way to increase our awareness of this connection, deepen it, enter into a state of divine flow, and attract the guidance and people we need for our highest good. It helps us learn to respond to the impulses that guide us to act at the right and perfect time. The more we open ourselves to this connection, the greater our ability becomes to recognize the gifts that are ours and to create with ease. The bounty of this blessing is available to all of us all for the asking and the willingness to practice our connection.
