Forgiving Others Creates Inner Peace–You Deserve That!

When we remember that the contrasts in our paths are there so that we might recognize our wounds and heal them, it becomes easier to see forgiveness as a necessary element in our spiritual growth.

Forgiving doesn’t mean what another person did was okay. It refers instead to the chance we give ourselves to release a painful weight when we choose not to allow a negative experience to rob us of our peace. I don’t remember who said this but one of my friend’s favorite definitions of forgiveness is: forgiveness is refusing to participate in the harm of another person’s action. When you forgive you disengage and initiate the release of your bottled-up anger, resentment, and even your sense of victimization.

Surrender the “How.” Align to Your Inner Power

I believe happiness and success in our personal and business lives are far more the result of making better use of our minds than of how well we control our outer environment. Energetically, it’s just not our place to figure out how to fix our problems, only to align ourselves with the belief that we can allow in a resolution for the highest good of all.

Practice believing in your worthiness for success and focus on your desires. You will more easily tap into the interconnected field of consciousness and the universe will divinely guide your desires to you and more! Allow God—Spirit—to handle the details. Use each day to learn how to get out of your own way and into acceptance and trust.

The Power to Choose

Most of us were taught to see our problems and their solutions from the physical perspective only. When we look at challenging people and situations from a spiritual and energetic perspective, we expand our ability for an easier resolution.

A more spiritual perspective allows us to change the energy, lessen the power our problems have over us, and to achieve more positive outcomes. Regardless of our situations, we have the power to decide what to focus on, to learn to see from a new perspective.

Each time we use our power to choose we build momentum and open up new pathways. We learn that we do not need to change our problems, we never did, we just need to change the way we choose to see our problems.

Honoring Your Feelings in a Healthy Way

Stuffing negative feelings inhibits your body’s energy to flow or vibrate properly and energetically it gets blocked. This contributes to or causes you to disease, illness or you becoming mentally, emotionally and physically taxed with your stress levels increasing. Like attracts like so this state of mind often attracts more problems and contributes toward health and life problems.

It is healthy to experience all of your feelings, the negative and positive. To spiritually honor your feelings recognize negative feelings as indicators of what needs to be released and then find a healthy and appropriate way to release them. If you are sitting at your desk at work, it probably isn’t a good idea to release your feelings aloud, so try to find another way that honors yourself and others. Using your breath is great here. Breathe in peace, harmony, productivity and prosperity. Exhale worry, anger, and exhaustion.
Taking 30 seconds to honor your emotions and purposefully shift them is calling back your power.

Crying, journaling, exercising, and coughing–or even doing the dishes or yard work with intention to shift–allows you to handle your feelings in a healthy way.

Remember, There’s a “Gift” in Our Challenges

Until we learn differently, many of us judge difficult or challenging situations as “bad.” Yet, as we look back over challenges we usually see our growth and the “gift” in them. Naming something as bad is forgetting the bigger soul journey picture and judges our experience. Part of raising our consciousness is remembering within the challenge is an opportunity to see it from a higher perspective, deepen our faith, let go of control or surrender to the unknown. Surrendering is power.

Judgment, thoughts we have when we aren’t accepting what is, creates resistance. Shifting from labeling experiences bad to seeing them as opportunities for growth or for a higher purpose allows healing energy to flow. With energy flow, resolutions can happen much easier.

Happy New Year!!

Energetically and astrologically, this year promises a lot of changes–opportunities to move you upward in consciousness. Those who are practicing and living their spiritual truths will move through this time easier than those who are consistently living in fear and worry. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, consider adding more time to going within, clearing and receiving energy healing etc. As you gift yourself this deeper practice and raise your consciousness, you will contribute to raising your family’s and humanity’s consciousness which will help our country and world traverse the possible challenges ahead.
You are a very important piece of the pie of moving beyond national and global systems (financial, health, commerce and political) that no longer work for the highest good of all. Do not ever doubt that your own inner work is greatly assisting mass consciousness to awaken. Remember, to have lots of fun too!

The Divine Blessings in our Challenges

Spiritual evolution is a given, though the amount of pain, disease and problems you experience doesn’t have to be–they can be mitigated. You attract situations and negative experiences with people to bring your lower vibrations to your awareness. Of course, from a logical, human-mind perspective you imagine you wouldn’t choose such challenges; but from a spiritual perspective, these challenges show you what is on your “soul plate” to be transformed.

Your soul chose to participate in the process of life—the inherent emotional and spiritual growth offered to you under the guise of your hurts and challenges. But expect to reduce suffering when you consistently view your life experiences from an energetic and spiritual perspective, trusting that there is a divine purpose in all events, even the setbacks. Let go of the need to understand the purpose or control the outcome of situations. Know instead that these circumstances are nudging you forward to gain experiences for your soul’s highest good.

Growing Through Financial Challenges

I invite you to accept that every financial challenge has a higher purpose. You may not like the challenge, you may not understand it, yet many people find comfort in reminding themselves they are part of, one with, a very profound universe, much of which is beyond your three-dimensional linear logic. From a soul perspective, your financial experiences are carefully orchestrated and are perfect situations for your destiny path. The journey of evolving helps you deepen your trust in this.

People come forth with certain financial life themes. Some souls set up this lifetime to experience financial success; others to heal the theme of lack consciousness which include income fluctuations, poverty, job loss, or bankruptcy. But, your soul even made a ”bet” (for an undisclosed amount of heavenly currency) that you would eventually get the clarity and contrast needed to view your problems from a higher perspective, deepen your faith and move through your financial challenges.

In my book, Calling Back Your Power, chapter 16’s Creating Your Financial Comeback will help you look closely at and shift the beliefs and conditioning around money. As we each align to our Oneness with Spirit, the flow of money will be more consistent.

It’s a journey. Be the powerful being you are!

The Power of Adjusting Your Feelings

From Chapter 12 Good, Good Vibrations

Happiness feels good. Appreciation and love feel good, too. And the good thing about “good feeling vibrations” is that they energetically align us to the things or experiences we desire. Thoughts that don’t feel good can be replaced with thoughts that do feel good. It’s that simple and it gets easier with practice.
Your negative feelings are like the rumble strips alongside the highway. They provide feedback that you have veered off course. You feel the roughness of the rumble strip, and you know to quickly re-align yourself back into your lane. If you didn’t heed this warning, you would be struggling with an unnecessarily rough ride, perhaps even a serious mishap. Just as responding to the rumble strips makes for a more enjoyable ride, responding to your negative feelings makes for a more enjoyable life.
Negative feelings are natural expressions and there are healthy ways to honor them without burying or ignoring them, or unleashing them on others. However, feeling sadness, frustration, anger, resentment, or any other troublesome feelings and staying there for days is like hitting the rumble strip and staying there for miles. Think about it, you just wouldn’t do that. You would make a few adjustments to get back in your lane.
Why not do more “joy-riding” down the roads of your life by traveling in alignment with your good feelings. The effort you expend in shifting to more positive thoughts, to good feeling vibrations, is directly proportional to how peaceful your life will be.

Daily Silence Allows Spirit to Dissolve Worry

I invite you to embrace more fully the “All” that you are—the invisible, non-physical spiritual aspect of yourself. The Universe’s evolution is encouraging us—sometimes it feels like it’s forcing us—to release our grip on the material world and to deliberately tap into the infinite, all-powerful wisdom of Spirit.

Embrace your inner power. When you catch yourself feeling anxious about your health, a job, relationship or the lack of money go into meditation or sit quietly and let Spirit do what it does in that stillness: dissolve that limited thinking or worry. Let Spirit reveal to you the peace and prosperity available through the spirit-mind perspective. Change is created when you embrace your spiritual all-ness. And as your inner environment improves, your outer situations also improve—it is the nature of Spirit. It’s divine law.
